They said it was prob. just stress waiting for the 2nd u/s etc..... however, It was also in this range a month ago at a general Dr visit- but i was pretty sick, so they said it was probably that then too. ugh. Now i am worried!
I wouldn't stress about it! For my 1st u/s they wouldn't even tell me what my b/p was...eek! When I am anxious, my b/p goes up and this is true for lots of people. There is something called 'white coat syndrome' where people have normal b/p, but nerves at the doctors office makes it go up.
The next time you are at the doctors have them take your b/p manually rather than using an automatic cuff (I'm assuming here that it was automatic). Manual b/p's are much more accurate.

I've always had normal BP, but once at a follow up visit with my RE, after one of his partners missed my ovulation, my BP was through the roof. I think it can be situational, I wouldn't worry!

I'm on mess and that's where mine is, if not a little higher on the bottom. My RE would take it at the beginning and end of the appointment to see if it went down after the stress of waiting for the u/s.
because I have high BP anyway, I have a monitor at home. They aren't too expensive. If it continues to worry you, you could consider getting one for your home.

I am a little over 37 weeks and at my weekly appointment yesterday my bp was 139/90. Dr said they usually get concerned when its over 140/90. They had me relax for a little while and it came down a bit but they were more worried about the bottom number. i just have to monitor it myself and call if the gets over 90.
My bp as always been good so I was caught off guard. Never knew exactly what range would be considered bad while pregnant till now.

The systolic BP (top #) is very sensitive to stress. Diastolic (bottom #) not so much. So the fact that your top # is high but bottom number is excellent leads me to believe it's stress-related.
