Domperidone dosage

How much do you take and how often? My first round I took 10mg 3xday which did nothing. I got off and then the 2nd time I got on I was take 30mg 3 x day. It seemed to help. How much are you ladies taking and how much of an increase do you see?

    My doc initially gave me 10mg a day as well.  Then I went to a breastfeeding doc and she put me on 20mg four times a day.  That did the trick.  She said I could gradually increase it, but I didn't need to.  I eventually weaned myself off of it and my supply has been doing fine on its own for a few months now.

    30mg 3X day is the usual dosage.

    My LC and the hospital told me you can take up to 20 mg 4x a day.  I started with that dose for 2 weeks, and then went to 20 mg 3x a day.
