Daycare gifts what do you think?

At daycare they do a secret Santa with the kids so we have one little one to buy for.  I got her some books and a toy.  I was at Target and they had hats and mittens in the dollar bin.  I picked up a set for each kid (5 kids total) and a box of animal crackers to give to them.  Do you think that is ok?  For Halloween DS got a candy bag from one of the other kids.  So I thought this would be a nice little something for them.

    That's fine, just don't expect a gift from every child in return.

    Oh, no that's not why I am doing it.  I just saw that stuff at Target and thought it would be something nice to do for them.

    I think that is really nice to give little gifts to the other kids in the class! and it is nothing expensive where the other parents will feel bad...but just a nice gesture! :)
