Help me teach my kid to nap

My DD won't nap. At all. She maybe sleeps 1 hr a day. She does sleep from 9 to 6 at night, but she's so fussy in the evening because she's tired but she won't give up. My house is not quiet because we have two older boys 63. I think her room is the best option because its upstairs and has a white noise machine.

I just lay her down in the crib at night and she rolls on her side and passes out. During the day, she screams the minute I put her in the crib. Awake or asleep it doesn't matter. I've tried patting while keeping her in the crib, but she just gets even more angry. Turned on the mobile and she just escalates.

If I hold her and its silent, she will nap. That almost never happens in our house!

Please pass on any magic baby tips so she will go the f to sleep!
