Happy Wednesday!
I am currently in the process of looking for a nanny for my son who is due in May and I have my first interview this evening. This is my first child and I'm extremely nervous about making sure I find the right person!
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what types of questions I should ask at the interview. This is such a foreign topic to me!
Thanks!
Re: Interviewing Nannies
Well Im sure she will talk about her experience on her own. And people ofcourse highlight their best attributes. You have to think about whats important to you and find out all the training she has and doesnt have. Like does she get her CPR training regularly? I think its something that has to be renewed etc.
Ask for atleast 3 references. Call all of them if you cant get a hold of one then tell her so she can help you get in contact with that person.
Good Luck
