Since you all enjoy them, here's a few gems from my office...
- New girl keeps calling it a "UPS" code instead of "UPC". It's driving me nuts. She also says "Ess-queue" for "SKU" and it's also driving me nuts.
- Remember the altercation between the receptionist and one of our order desk guys? Management had a meeting with them yesterday. Basically the meeting was to teach them not to talk smack of their co-workers to the clients, and to focus on helping the customer instead of blaming their co-workers... I can't believe they'd even need to be told that in the first place.
- We invested in plan making software. Except we're cheap, so we went for the cheapest one we could find. Which is full of bugs. I've spent more time having the bugs fixed than actually working with the darn thing. Even the support guy tells me to avoid using certain functions because they are a little wonky. Oy!
Re: Another office post
1. Smack that b!tch. Or, you know, don't. It might be nice to keep your job, lol. But you can imagine it!
2. *facepalm*
3. LOL, hasn't your company ever heard that popular phrase about getting what you pay for? It's so true! Sometimes you just have to make a bigger investment to get quality stuff. Oi!
// I love you too. //
Yes, yes they could.
