Positive pregnancy test!!!

I have never posted before but I need some help this time around. Some back story I have a wonderful husband that's working two jobs one as a fire fighter other as an exterminator so I could stay home and go to OTA school. Well my sonJax is only 6 months old and now I just had a positive pregnancy test well 2 actually I am so worried my husband does not understand why I am so scared. I had to take chlomid sp to have Jax so this time it was a big shock. I don't know how I am going to handle this. I feel bad for Jax in a way because he won't be the only one for very long but I know he won't know the difference. I guess I am just looking for some advice and someone to tell me I am not crazy for feeling stressed but that it will all work out in the end. How did y'all make it with kids this close together?

    Please do not worry. It will work out and you being home will be such a blessing with two little ones. I have 2 children 13 months apart who are now 2.5 and 1.5. Plus, I'm pregnant with our third due April 25. I'll have 3 under 3 for 2 months.
    I can tell you that my kids absolutely adore each other. My son our oldest completely loves his sister and our daughter does everything her brother does.
    The early months aren't exactly easy, but I can tell you that I showered regularly, my house was not a disaster, and my life did not seem out of control.
    You have to embrace the craziness and I promise joy flows in.
    There are breaking points like when they were both teething at the same time or when they were both sick at the same time, but those struggles exist no matter how agespaced your children are. This is a very short season of our lives and watching my 2 babies grow together has absolutely been a blessing.
    You will do great!!

    Although my little ones will be 21 or 22 months apart, I can relate to your story.  We tried for 1 1/2 years to get pregnant on our own.  Then were told I needed clomid, monitoring and the HCG shot to get pregnant. So we did that to conceive our first.  Well we just found out last week we are expecting again too.  And it was a shock!  We weren't protecting because we thought we'd have to go back to the clinic to get pregnant again.  It happened just like that for us. 

    I realized this is happening to us both for a reason.  God planned this.  Children are a blessing.  

    TTC since June/09.
    1st cycle diagnosed with slight hypothyroidism. Clomid, dexamethasone, HCG trigger shot. BFN
    2nd cycle, Clomid, dexamethasone, HCG trigger shot. BFN
    3rd cycle, Clomid, dexamethasone, ovulated with out tigger. BFN
    4th cycle, Clomid, dexamethasone, HCG trigger shot. BFP!!!
    EDD 12/31/2011 ----- actual birthday 01/05/2012

    It will be hardest for the first six months. But it slowly gets easier. DD1 and DD2 are 19 months apart. I was freaked out for awhile and them realized it would all work out.
