  I vote Wyatt Miles.  I love the name Wyatt, and also, I think the first and last get used together more often than the full name so day-to-day, there's less of the s-s sound with your last name.

  I really  like Miles Wyatt, although Rusty brought up a good point about the double "s"'s.  I guess it depends on the sound and rhythm of the last name!  Either way, they're great names!

  Miles had been the front runner forever, then DH really liked Wyatt. Wyatt has grown on me and now DH says he likes miles better again. Ugh.

  I LOVE both Miles and Wyatt, however MS might not be the best initials, so you're safer going with Wyatt Miles.

  I had to comment here because we're going to have a little Wyatt too.
  
  I would vote Wyatt Miles. Miles is such an awesome name. If we ever had another boy, he would be Miles Thomas.
