I'm thinking growth spurt!

My dd is 15 weeks today! And as of yesterday her naps are shorter and she wants to eat alot. It just makes me nervous to feed her 2 hrs later. It seems too soon. So at this very moment I'm playing the distraction game.
When are the growth spurts?

My kids sometimes eat every 2 hours. It's normal.

She is FF. I am doing 6oz bottles right now. Sometimes she eats it all and sometimes not. Well to tonight she ate 6.5 oz.
I was able to get her to wait until 3 hrs. But then she was restless while eating so I think I may also try size 2 nipple tomorrow.
