gift for dr's office

I have had a complicated pregnancy, and my doctor's office has been phenomental. I have been going 2x/week for the last 5 weeks. I feel like I've gotten to know everyone there. They get me in and out, but take the time when needed. I had a BPP yesterday and baby was misbehaving so they sent me downstairs to labor and delivery. The ultrasound tech came down after a half hour or so to check on me and baby, and even went over to the endocrinologists office and told them what was going on because I was supposed to be there for an appt. They are just always so nice, caring and professional.

I want to do something to thank the office for taking care of me and baby through this stressful pregnancy. Their office is just above labor and delivery in the hospital, so DH could easily drop something off while we are there having the baby. Any suggestions?? It's all women except my actual OB.

edible arrangement or a cookie bouquet would be nice. It is something they can all enjoy without out being over the top.

I plan to drop off cupcakes from a local bakery after the birth. I've been reading that offices and hospitals don't typically keep homemade food just to be safe, so if it's food, order it out.

I am going to hopefully do muffins or bagels. I hesitate to do a bunch of sweet stuff because I feel like they probably get a lot of that but edible things are always a hit.

DH brought donuts and coffee to the hospital for the L&D staff. You OB office might enjoy that.

I want to do the same for my perinatologist office. The nurses there were so wonderful to me through the months I was there every week and really seemed to care about and know me and my daughter. I was thinking of going at breakfast time and bringing some store bought muffins or late afternoon and bringing cookies for a snack.
