When should I get my dress?

So my baby shower is April 14th. I want to get a cute dress for it but not sure when I should go shopping for it. I am afraid if I buy it now it now it won't fit then.

    I'd think a month before is fine to start shopping.  Just look at dresses with stretchy fabric that will expand to accommodate your bump.

    My shower is, also, the day before yours. I am looking for a cute maxi with a cardigan, so I have room to grow and can wear it during the summer after baby arrives. Like PP said fabric is key. Happy shopping to you!!

    Same here! mine is not until April 27th but I have my sis's wedding April 6th that I still have to find a dress for, too! Oh my, this is going to be fun....

    Most it seems like are meant to expand with you anyways. But I too went the maxi dress route.

    Too funny! I am thinking about getting a long maxi dress and light cardigan too! I feel big all over and don't want to show my legs right now!lol...and accessories are always good!
