DD cries hysterically in bath

My DD is 5 1/2 months and used to LOVE her bath.  The last two times we bathed her, she started screaming her head off.  Any idea what it could be from?  She doesn't have a diaper rash which was my first concern.

    Was the water too cold? Maybe too hot? Try giving her a washcloth to suck on. My LO loves that.

    My guess is she has figured out your routine and is ready for the step after whether it's bed or food, she might be saying she is tired or hungry and ready to move on! My LO does this too when she is hungry and/or tired. I am sure she will grow out of it, give her a toy, put a warm washcloth on her belly during the bath or just make it a short one that night. GL!

    I agree with PP, add some toys or let her hold a washcloth.
