Playgroup ? Lake Country/McHenry Country area

A couple of us are trying to start up a playgroup in the areas around Volo, Ingleside, Wauconda, Fox Lake, Round Lake, Lakemoor, McHenry, etc.  We both live around Volo and Ingleside so probably anywhere within 20 minutes of the area.  The ages of the kids are 7 months, 10 months, 2 and 4 years old.  If you are looking for a playgroup for your kids and to get together with other moms in the area, please join us! 

We?ll coordinate a day that fits everyone?s schedule and will meet a couple times a month.  We?re thinking Fridays for now but this could change.  We?ll start off meeting in public areas ? library, parks as weather gets nicer, etc. 

 

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

    How fun! I'm from Round Lake and would love to join....eventually. I won't have LO until end of July though. I'm a FTM and would love to meet other moms and venture into this whole new world.

    I live in volo and am not due with my first until September. Would love to be part of a playgroup, especially with parents in the area. I work full time but would be available after 4p during the week. Not sure if it's too soon for me to get involved in this but thought I would check.

    I'm in RLB, DS is 21 months old and LO is due at the end of September.

    I'm a working momma, so I probably won't be able to meet during the daytime, but if there is ever any events going on during the evenings or weekend, we may be able to make it!

    I know there is a Children's museum in RLB that is free on Wed evenings. We haven't gone yet, but we want to go.

    Hi!  Sorry I missed the last two posts - I just happened to be looking around this site again and noticed these posts - sorry for the delay. 

    We've been meeting during the day on Friday's but this schedule might change come summer time so I'd be happy to get another post going around at that time. 

    Congrats on your little one coming in September :)
