Where to get tiny underwear for potty training?

My son is a skinny mini, and we are planning on beginning potty training in 3-6 months. He will likely still be in 12 month size, 18 month at the most. 2-3 t is the smallest I've been able to find, but I believe I have heard somewhere that someone found smaller.... Any ideas?

    Thanks! I will try there. DS is 21 pounds now and hasn't gained much weight (2lbs) in 6 months- so I don't think he'll be too much bigger! Hopefully those will work for us, too- thanks again!

    My daughter wears 2T pants but the 2T-3T underwear was too small so we have to use size 4.  I would try the 2T-3T size, it might fit your son.
