nausea coming back???

in 3rd Trimester

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and think that my dreaded nausea might be coming back.  I was super sick for the 1st 4 month and since then have enjoyed being nausea free.  Over the last 2 weeks i've noticed that i am starting to feel randomly sick again throughout the day--especially if i haven't eaten recently. 

Is this because of a homone change or a growth spurt with the baby?  Anyone else have their "morning sickness" come back?

    I've been starting to get nausious a lot again too making things feel like I went back to the first trimester!  I'm less interested in food than I was in the second trimester because of the nausea and sometimes throwing up :( I'm hoping it'll just be a passing phase or something and will go away since it's making me miserable! Sorry to hear you've been feeling the same way :(

    I've been on anti nausea meds the entire time. It sucks. It's normal for it to come back. Drink some ginger tea, have some hard candies on hand and don't let yourself go hungry

    Im 30 weeks and have had morning sickness all 7 months everyday. I've gotten a few days break then right back to morning sickness : sucks!!! I've only gained 10 pounds but since I'm overweight my dr is ok with it, it's due to the morning sickness.

    I have been having the same issue for the last week!  For me it turned out to be hypoglycemia, I am feeling way way, better eating the way my midwife recommended.  She has me eating a protein five times a day, three small meals and two snacks ( she said up to four snacks a day if I am being very active )  I I got the huge size string cheese at Costco today, yay cheese!

    Yes...I was sick the first 4 months as well and my nausea came back in my 3rd trimester.  I'm due tomorrow and can't wait for the nausea and indigestion to go away.  I do believe that its just all the hormones and that the baby is putting a lot more weight on towards the end.  I hope that you feel some relief soon!!
    Natural m/c on 12-22-11@ 8 weeks. D&C 12-23-11. Natural m/c @5 weeks on 3/22/12.
