I remember from my first pregnancy the idea of drinking raspberry leaf tea to help strengthen the uterus for contractions. Did anyone take it to help with your VBAC? If so, when did you start?

I think I started drinking it in my second trimester. Obviously, that's one of those things that isn't going to throw you into labor or anything, so I think it's safe to take pretty early on.

I will not be drinking just RRL until closer to 37 weeks since I have heard from other women it ups their BH and I already have them pretty strong.
