Any of you moms out there with a chronically sick/congested/coldish baby out there?? LO has issues with asthma that I realize can cause some sickness, but literally every other week he's stuffy, congested, fussy, and just sick. I know when I was a baby I was always sick, but this whole thing just befuddles me. Right now he's got watery eyes, runny nose, coughing, and he's up all night coughing bc he still hasn't figured out how to breathe out of his mouth. Any of you other moms having this issue??
Re: Anyone out there??
DS suffered from congestion and was miserable every other week. He caught EVERYTHING at DC. We were doing breathing treatments 3 times a day for quite a while.
More recently our doc diagnosed him with infantile asthma and prescribed a different medication that we give him once a day. He sounds alot better.
I would talk to your doctor about your concerns.
LO has all kinds of specialists and things... The medications and breathing treatments work great, but as soon as he's better another little cold afflicts him. It's just becoming really frustrating for us and tiring for him I'm sure.

this is pretty much us too. The last ER visit earned him a 3 day stay in the hospital which was awful and peace of mind too. We live in Ohio so I highly attribute a lot of his sickness to weather, but very truthfully LO pretty much doesn't leave the house much. I'm really hoping that spring is around the corner and allows LO to get a break!
