I'm new to this board, but unfortunately I'm here. I went to walgreens to get the cytotec my OB prescribed and the lady at the counter just kept asking questions. My face was flushed and I was about to cry while she asked "are you pregnant? Does your doctor know that you are pregnant?" etc. I look up after asking the questions and see a lady in the background rubbing her 7 month baby bump. It was tough. She was apparently thinking that I was choosing this. I just wanted to run away.
So, I'm home and just took the cytotec and have no idea how things will happen for me. I just feel a little scared. Have any of you ladies gone through this medication before? Any advice is appreciated.

That would make me so angry. I honestly would write a letter to the management at the pharmacy. She didn't handle that very well.
I'm so sorry you're here - lots of hugs to you.

I"m so sorry you had to go through that, I would have either yelled or cried...most likely both.
I agree about writing a letter to the manager at that walgreens. There should be some way for the message to get through that there has been a loss.
I'm so sorry that happened to you! I hate Walgreens! When I went to pick up my Cytotec perscription, I was asked the same question. It just made things worse at that point.
Unfortunately, when I took Cytotec, I bled a lot, however I didn't pass everything. I ended up needing to have a D&C. Just make sure you have a lot of pads on hand and someone to keep you company (if possible).
Good Luck and Take Care
When I went to CVS at 5 am to get my pain killer prescription filled, after leaving the ER and being there for 5 hours, the pharmacist questioned why they gave me such a large amount of pills..120 I think..and why I needed them. It was so rude and none of her business. When I said "miscarriage" i could tell she got embarrassed and immediately felt bad. I just left the hospital and looked like a hot mess. So I feel your pain in so many ways. People are good at saying the wrong thing
