Holy 4 month wakeful/growth spurt!

DS turned 4 months on Saturday. The past couple days hes been sleeping terribly. Normally he sleeps about 6 hours, eats, then is back down with no problem for about another 4 hours. Last night he woke up at 9, 1 and at 430 AM he was WIDE awake chatting away. He has been eating literally every 2 hours and not only that but CHUGGING down bottles. He used to eat 4 oz every 2-3 hours and be content. Now 6 oz isnt even enough for him! I dont want to overfeed him but hes been constantly eating! Not only that but I think hes teething also bc hes been having SCREAMING fits like hes in pain and shoving his hands in his mouth. This really really sucks. Hes usually such a happy camper.

    This is my little guy as well. Except, he doesn't want to nap during the day...like AT ALL. But at night, when we go to put him to bed, he fights it for a good hour. But once he's out...he's out for awhile.

    my 4 month the same. r u still just giving milk and no solids? i am exclusively bf still and will try and keep it going to 6 months but he has to be fed every two hrs and i think its just due to needing more at this stage and yeah their mouths just starting to bother them which will disrupt their sleep. its just a case of easing it for them as much as pos. i give him a bath and feed him just before he sleeps and if i think he needs it give him some calpol to settle any pain he has and that seems to give him a goid few hrs together.
