  I am 5 weeks and I've had mild cramping too, it comes and goes. From what I've read it's normal and just your uterus stretching.

  I have had mild "menstrual like" cramps.  My doctor said it's normal as long as they are not sharp and painful and there is no bleeding. I've heard/read it is the uterus stretching and also implantation. At first they made me nervous but now I like getting them because it makes me feel like baby is doing ok in there and growing.

  I had them last week. It is completely normal as long as they are not too painful and you're not bleeding.

  Yes. The last week or so I have been experiencing cramps that are similar to my period cramps. Not too bad but they hit every now and again. I read it's totally normal (as PP's have said). Although it is kind of freaky to feel.

  Expecting our first bundle of joy November 3, 2013. Married my main squeeze September 14, 2012.

  request to join the 'weird train'... choo choo... I've had mild cramping since before the BFP and now I think it's weird when I DON'T have them... who knew cramps could be comforting

  I'm 5 weeks as well and feel slight cramping. It is completely normal and definately a reminder that I'm pregnant.

  Yep I've got light cramping too! I'm 4 1/2 weeks, and I'm glad you brought it up, because I was getting nervous too!

  I'm about 5 1/2 weeks and for the passed 2 weeks I've had cramping, glad to know it's normal!

  I've had them for a couple weeks. I find it nerve wracking like I may start at any moment, but a part of me is relieved to think its growing.

  I was having big time cramping last week but this week it is less. It is normal unless you start having bleeding with it.

  Oh my gosh, this thread has been so unbelievably comforting to me tonight. I've been having dull, achy cramps all day long and it's freaking me out. You guys have no idea how reassuring it is to read your responses. Hoping that we all feel better soon!
