What should I make sure I have home after delivery..pads etc.

Overnight pads
Heavy flow pads
stool softeners
pain reliever (ie, Advil)
Tucks pads (I layered these on top of my pads for sootheing relief)
ice pack (for lady bits and/or breasts)
Some have recommend a numbing spray (like dermaplast)
breast pads
lanolin (if you plan to BF)

My hospital gave me the sitz bath & squirt bottle.

I am starting to get all this stuff together, too. Where do you buy Tucks pads or witch hazel?

Also, I bought Depends. :-) Figured I'd rather just wear a pair of undies that can absorb than try to center a pad and keep it positioned correctly and worry about leaks. This was highly recommended to me by a girlfriend.

Pretty much this exactly. I had witch hazel on hand (bought it at Target) but never ended up using it. The only other thing I would add is the soothie gel pads for sore nipples (I think they're Lansinoh).

A ton of extra heavy duty thick pads... You can't fathom how fast you go through those things. And I actually used the witch hazel quite a bit with my first. It's very soothing.
