I'm on day 5 of antibiotics for mastitis and have had a serious drop in my supply. I hadn't had any supply issues prior to this and in fact maybe had a bit of an oversupply before, but I had to give DS some frozen BM tonight after nursing him since he was clearly still hungry and frustrated. I can tell my breasts feel empty and I'm nervous.
I'm going to try to build my supply back up by doing some pumping, drinking more water, drinking mother's milk tea, eating oatmeal. Should this be enough to get my supply back up? DS already nurses about every 2 hours still so not sure how much more I can increase our sessions. I also thought about stopping my antibiotics early since I"m feeling better, but I know this is ill-advised.
Those who've been able to fully restore their supply after mastitis, any other advice? Thank you!

This, exactly. I had mastitis twice and it rebounded each time after about a week. Feel better and try not to worry.
