  I make my own stain stick.  It uses fels naptha soap, I honestly don't know how ecofriendly it is, but it works

  I haven't used the seventh gen one... but the oxyclean baby (powder version) in the pink tub rates pretty good on EWG.  I've only found the spray myself, which works good, but has a lower rating.  I'm thinking about ordering some of the powder to try.

  I've never tried any of the store bought, I make my own or use only natural options. Here is a list of 5 different (for different stains) stain removers. Hope that helps
