My mom's bff had a penis cake made for her 40th, but it was a full hard on, vertical peen. The baker even inserted a tube inside the shaft with a makeshift pump, so when you pushed it, a sugary fluid spewed out. The most gross and awesome thing I'd ever seen. I should have prefaced I was 21 at the time, so it was less inappropriate I see my mother's peen cake.

I have made a couple for friends. My favorite was the "what's under the kilt" cake for my Scottish friend. I have done tons of boob cakes.
