Who's got it and what can you tell me?

P has some serious grossness going on right now, and the bulb is working but it takes forever to get them all, and he gets super pissed.

I do not want to end up with any boogers in my mouth. I will throw up. I just don't get how there's no way for one to end up there.

Any reccomendations?

There is a filter that makes it impossible to get nasty in your mouth. You should replace the filter every time.
The NoseFrida is amazing. I don't use the bulb syringe at all anymore.

This...all of it. NoseFrida is amazballs. It is so much easier with Quin too! Trying to chase after a toddler with the bulb syringe is just torture!

ETA: Katielynn....I am in love with your new siggy! P is so freaking adorable!

I also read that some short sucks and then a long one works- seems to.

Also, when the boogers are hard or really stuck up there I use a little saline to help loosen things up.

I agree the nosefrida is AMAZING! It's works way better than the bulb aspirator. There is a filter that prevents anything from getting into your mouth. I bought extra filters too. I suck as hard as I can to get the snot out. I move the tube in a circular motion around her nose to get as much out as possible too. Yes it's not pleasant and my DD screams & cries when I use it. She is fine afterwards. It's gross seeing all of the snot come out, but it's the best! Good luck to you. Hope your LO feels better.

I have the baby comfy nose which is the same concept but it uses a tissue as the filter instead of foam. It works so much better than the bulb. She doesn't like it, but can breath much better after all the mucous is sucked out. It never gets near my mouth.

I don't know if everyone's LO is like this but he will let me do anything while he is eating. I put saline drops in, heat his bottle, then while he's drinking I slip the aspirator in there. He doesn't care at all. I also deal with his nails and eye ointment when he's eating too.

I do what Baroo said. For dried looking ones I use a saline mist first to loosen things up a bit. Then I pivot around the tip so it angles towards the boogies. We have not had any really wet snot yet.

Love it! Like pp said, it is impossible for it to get in your mouth. Similar to a breast pump, the tubes just provide air suction and the snot stays in the tip of the part you put up to their nose. I love it bc it works and bc you don't put it inside the nostril like the bulb syringe so you don't have to worry about pushing it too far. I always use saline spray first to loosen it all.
