Has anyone tried this? I'm exhausted. I'm so sleep deprived it's not funny and I'm done. We've tried No Cry Sleep Solution with no luck. I'm pretty much getting to the point where I'll do anything to sleep.

No Cry was a miserable failure for us. The Sleep Easy Solution is written by two sleep consultants (who a lot of famous Hollywood types have used). It took a while, but ultimately worked well for us. Good luck. No sleep = no fun
We ended up doing sleep Sence program. She will sleep through the night like once a week. Otherwise she is still up once around 5 am but it is such an improvement. I felt like I was going to go crazy. They do have sleep consultants if you areh aving trouble with the program. I won't lie I looked into it but the price was just too high for us.
I thought I would go crazy with my first son. He was up every 1-2 hours all night long every night. Then I read something on another message forum. I tried eliminating dairy from his diet and within a few days we saw a HUGE improvement. He doesn't have a milk allergy but he does have an intolerance. Even now at 4yo if he has something with milk in it he has trouble sleeping.
I'm not sure what you're dealing with but you might want to consider looking at dietary issues. Good luck!
I'm in the exact same situation, and our BBs are about the same age!
I was determined to be a Sears parent but really... taking turns sleeping on the sofa and on her bedroom floor? 3 hour long night time play sessions? Her waking up every few hours for a cuddle and a snack? At 9 months? No. I'm done. We are on night 2 of the SleepEasy Solution. It broke my heart last night but two sleep-deprived parents and a sleep-deprived baby are a lot worse than a few hours of tears.
The Sleepeasy Solution works great for our family but I know the crying thing isn't for everyone. The check-ins kind of make it worse for LO so we've stopped doing them and he calms down and gets back to sleep a lot faster. I would first try another method before hiring a sleep consultant. I would only spend my time and money on a professional if I had exhausted all possible solutions myself without any luck. (And even then....what are they going to be able to do for your LO that you can't?) I'm a little skeptical of it, however, I can't really knock it since I haven't tried seeking outside help myself....yet. I can totally relate to the sleep deprivation and exhaustion though. Good luck and I hope you get some rest very soon!
