Burp Cloths STMs Help?

This may seem like a silly question but with LO only days away from arrival I was doing some of her laundry and checking to make sure we have everything we need and I was wondering ab burp cloths

We have 8 to 10 of them. Which seems like enough but as I was doing laundry today I started second guessing. I guess I'm doing that alot lately. Maybe it's just the panic sinking in and the reality that she's coming but do I have enough of everything??

    That's about how many I have and it was fine for me! If you end up having a really spitty baby with reflux or something you may want more, but I think that's plenty to start.

    It depends on how much your little one spits up.  My LO was the queen of spit up so we had to keep buying more bibs/burp cloths so we didn't have to do laundry every single day.  I bet we ended up with about 20 burp cloths (we used cloth diapers) and a million bibs.

    We ended up needing tons because of severe reflux. I had to cover myself and everything else with them after every feeding, LOL. 8 to 10 sounds like enough if you don't have a spitty baby. I bet we have 30 or more!

    We ended up using folded receiving blankets and regular wash cloths bc DS spit up SO much.

    My DD only spit up twice ever, so we never needed any really. I think 8-10 would be enough and if you find that your LO spits up a lot you can always buy more.

    We also used cloth diapers, they worked awesome!  The normal burp cloths are so thin you'll need more than you would with the thicker diaper ones.  DS #1 wasn't very spitty, so 8-10 would have been enough for him.  I had like 15 diapers, 5 were sent to my mom's since she watched him often and we kept the other 10.  We'll do the same with this baby.

    We were gifted about 18 home-made burp cloths that are flannel on one side and terrycloth on the other and will hopefully have enough.  We got gobs of receiving blankets that I'll probably use if we have a super spitter since I'm not a big fan of those kinds of blankets to begin with and we couldn't figure out where they came from to return them.  Originally, we were just going to use the pre-fold diapers but since we got so many homemade ones, we ended up returning them.

    I think that's more then enough. I am constantly doing some sort of laundry with my now family of four, so if I need one I can just throw some in no Biggy. You aren't going to go thru 8 in a day. I usually use about one or two a day. I should add I use the cloth diapers as well instead if "burp cloths" which may be why I can use less. They are way more absorbent. I forgot about how thin the burp cloths are
