We are pregnant after our 1st IVF. My EDD is Nov 3rd I believe, but that is based on the online calculator and not my doc yet.
QOTW: I am currently 5 weeks and feeling pretty good. Some minor cramps and abdominal aches and pains here and there, but nothing major. Also, a little bloated and a bit more tired than usual. My 1st u/s is scheduled for 3/21!

**TTC #1 Sep 2009-Feb 2013** Me: 33 DH: 32 (healthy, SA = normal)
DX (May 2010) = Lap #1 showed Stage I-II endometriosis. HSG normal. Tx with 6 mo Lupron (which did nothing...) Lap #2 June 2011 to remove endo, uterine fibroid, and polyp
IUI #1-#3 (July-Sep 2011): All Clomid 50 mg + unmonitored IUI = All BFN
October 2011 - April 2012: Outta $$$ (no insurance coverage) = back to tryin' on our own
May 2012 - August 2012: Mental break from trying
October 2012: New OB. Bloodwork normal aside from slightly low progesterone
November 2012: IUI #4: Letrozole 2.5 mg + Novarel trigger + monitored IUI + progesterone = BFN
IVF #1: Long Lupron Protocol,Menopur,Follistim, ER = 2/12/13 27R/26M/23F

U/S #1 3/21: Heartbeat and one perfect bean!! DS born 11/6/13 via c-section
TTC #2 March - August 2015 = all BFNs
Prep for FET #1: Aug 2015: found "mass" in uterus on saline sonogram; scheduled a hysteroscopy to remove.
Sept 2015: Hysteroscopy: mass turned out to be scar tissue(?), all removed. Recheck saline sonogram 2 weeks later showed "stuff" still in uterus (more scar tissue? remnants from surgery? Will see if clears with a period). Recheck saline sonogram 1 week later: all clear! Start Lupron and Estrace. Follow up u/s 2 weeks later: uterine lining only 5mm, add in patches. Follow up u/s 1 week later: uterine lining = 4.3mm (argh!), stop estrace and patches and start estradiol injections twice/week. Follow up u/s 2 weeks later: uterine lining = 5mm
Instructed to keep on estradiol injections and recheck in 5 days = lining still at 5mm. Need to make a decision - go for it? Or toss in the towel w/ this cycle and start all over again next year with a new protocol. Decided to go for it as we had 17 frosties; what have we got to lose??
12/2/15 = transferred 1 perfect Grade B blast
12/9/15 = HPT - BFP!!!!

I'm 5w1d today! EDD is 11/2, but I am gun shy about putting a ticker in my sig with all the problems people are having updating signatures lately.
My betas were Monday/Wednesday/Friday of last week and were:

My first u/s with the RE is scheduled for this coming Friday. I'll be 5w6d.
QOTW: I have all day sickness that sort of comes and goes plus dry heaving, RLP if I sneeze and flaming nipples when I get cold. It's all pretty mild, though, and I'm feeling ok except the after-loss and after-IF anxiety.
Hi, I am too scared to add a ticker,but will be 8 weeks on Tuesday (I am not counting at all!!) after IVF#2. we had a u/s at 6w2d and saw one perfect baby and heartbeat!!! If my grandmother hadn't passed away we would have had another u/s so hopefully we can go this week!!

I graduated from the RE last week after our 2nd ultrasound went well. It was surreal but I'm glad to be moving on as a normal pregnant lady. My first OB appointment is next week and I'm excited to see our pumpkin again!
QOTW: it'd be a better question to ask what symptoms don't I have! The biggest ones are nausea, extreme fatigue, boobs hurting and lots of peeing!
I'd love to join! According to online calculators, I am due on November 4th. We have struggled for 2 years with MFI, including 3 failed IUIs and got our BFP with our first IVF! We are very excited and hopeful that this is really "it"! My first beta was 2/26: 529 and our second on 2/28:1253. First u/s is Friday 3/8.
Its hard to say the symptoms I've had because I have moderate OHSS...bloating, weight gain, abdominal cramping.... and I feel like a turtle when I try to get up from the bed or couch! I'll take all of it, though for the little miracle (s?) growing inside me!

Hello Ladies.... new-to-this.. thank you for taking the first tri check in over!
Tomorrow I have my 2nd u/s. I'm beyond terrified that something has gone wrong since my last u/s. I have no reason to think that.. just PgaL brain, Im sure. Anyway....tomorrow at this time I will either be an RE graduate and very happy or a very devastated girl.
As for symptoms I have exhaustion, mildly sore boobs, some food aversions and evening nausea that comes and goes.

Welcome everyone! I'm LOVING all the new November due dates! How did that happen? It seems like just yesterday I was the first October due date.
I feel like I have every symptom in the book! Pretty serious morning sickness, headaches, tired, sore boobs, etc. It actually makes me feel better that I have symptoms. At least I know I have some hormones in me!
@Julie21613 - I feel that way too. It doesn't matter how long it has been from my last ultrasound I always get extremely nervous before an ultrasound. We lost one of our twins and it has me seriously on edge.
this is my first check in, and it's still pretty surreal. I feel like an alien on a different planet or something! We go into the RE for our first ultrasound on the 18th, its my 6w5d-ish appointment to see the heartbeat and sadly say goodbye to my RE. I'm super anxious and scared and excited. My internet EDD is November 8th, but I will update that after I see the RE.
I'm also semi paranoid about twins at this point, at our monitoring appointment before the IUI, we had 1 egg that my RE said was a go, but there was another that wasn't too far behind it, so I can't wait to see whats going on in there!
qotw: I honestly don't feel anything yet, maybe a pull or twinge here and there, but it's so early I didn't expect to feel much yet. I made my mom laugh when I told her "I wouldnt know if I was pregnant if I didnt know...ya know?" meaning if I went off symptoms alone, I would be oblivious

yeah my first check-in!
I am 6 weeks 2 days and due Oct 26th. I had my first u/s last friday and saw one perfect heartbeat! there is a second sac that they are not sure about-- possible late implanter, so we will see next week!
So far my symptoms have been extreeeeme fatigue, peeing ALL THE TIME, so bloated i can only eat small meals at a time and feeling 'icky' at night. not quite nausea, but just a sorta gross feeling. hehe

I intro'd a little while ago, but this is my first check in for 1st tri. I am so happy to be here, it's been a really long road (full details in siggy).
My update is that on Friday we saw baby's heartbeat! I was so relieved. I was dreading the possibility of another anembryonic demise. Baby is measuring great, about 3 days ahead on that scan.
QOTW: I am having some nausea, worse some days than others and happening at any time of day. I do have a little belly bulge, probably from bloating / increased blood flow. Breast fullness.

This morning is my final ultrasound with my RE, like Julie, it'll either be a great day or horrible day.
My Moms coming with me because DH has a meeting that he cannot miss today. I'm nervous that she'll be there to witness something awful. Ugh. I hate my infertile brain.
As for symptoms they come and go. My boobs are huge at times, normal others, nausea off and on, extreme sleepiness, occasional shortness of breath...oh an constipation, lovely. Wish I had more so I'd feel confident.

Hi 1st Tri!
This is my first check in as well (yay!) I'm 4wk 2d right now and I have my second beta on Tuesday. First didn't go great, only 15, but we're feeling super optimistic and I've been POAS everyday and the lines are coming faster and faster, so we are feeling good! I think we might even try a digi tonight to see if we can get a positive! My EDD is Nov 9 but that's from the online calculator, not the doc yet.
In terms of symptoms I've been exhausted, my nipples are killing me and my breasts are double the size. Last night I started feeling nauseous as well. Awesome. But I'll take it all if it means my little orange seed is thriving!
My Ovulation Chart
Hi ladies!
I will be 9 weeks tomorrow and I have my second (and last) ultrasound with my RE. we are very anxious to see if our little beans are still doing well. We've had one loss at 9 weeks and one at 11 weeks so these next few weeks will be difficult for me. I will then see my OB for the first time at 11 weeks.
As far as symptoms, my nausea has died down a bit which is nice but makes me nervous. I still feel yucky but not like I'm going to puke at any second. I'm bloated, fatigued and my boobs are huge. DH was out of town for two weeks and I swear his eyes popped out of his head when he saw them!
QOTW suggestions: we could do some fun, silly ones like biggest celebrity crush, or favorite guilty pleasure tv show, we could also do some general getting to know you stuff like, what do you and DH do for a living, where did you honeymoon, favorite hobby. I'll try to think of a few more.

Good morning! May I please be added? My EDD is November 1st! I'm still a little nervous joining given my history, but I've been pretty calm and at peace so far, so, I' just going to jump in, if that's ok.
What's new: not much, betas have been going up nicely for once! And tomorrow I will have my first u/s.
QOTD: no pregnancy symptoms really. Bloat comes and goes, and I have only gotten nauseous once in the middle of the night when I woke up to go to the bathroom. And I've had a bloody nose pretty much every day for almost 2 weeks. I feel like right now any symptoms I do get are all on my head....
Good morning! I am 8 weeks today and have my next ultrasound on Thursday. This one will be done by my RE and might be my last one at the fertility specialist. My first OB appointment is March 22nd. Heartbeat was still looking strong at my last appointment a week and a half ago, but it could not be heard on doppler and they could not get heart rate. Hopefully they will record one this visit.
QOTW: The only pregnancy symptom I am having is tiredness, dreams, and awesome sleep at night. Have not had any morning sickness, out of the ordinary cravings, and my boobs have not been that sore. I'm actually feeling pretty good all around!
Please add me! I am 6 weeks today, and my EDD is 10/28/13.
We had a u/s last week and saw the gestational sac and yolk sac. I am anxiously awaiting our u/s Wednesday, and praying for a healthy, strong heartbeat!
I don't have too many symptoms! My boobs feel heavy and a little sore, and I'm definitely pretty tired, but that's about it, fortunately. Oh and the acne - dear lord, the acne! I am totally broken out - blech!

Hi! Thanks for taking over the check-in, new+tothis! Can I please be added to the list? My EDD is 10/19/12 and I'm pg with twins.
My first OB appt is on 3/12 and I'll be able to make a MFM appt sometime after that visit. Unfortunately, my RE doesn't fully release patients until at least week 12 (will be nice to have the extra u/s, but the co-pay for a 15 minute, fairly non-informative meeting with their pregnancy nurse is going to get annoying).
QOTW: These twins are kicking up all sorts of hormones. I've got all-day nausea and food aversions (knock on wood, no actual vomiting yet), sore bewbs, exhaustion (yet, in spite of that, I'm no longer sleeping well), occasional headaches, and LOTS of peeing.

QOTD: I have been EXHAUSTED lately, the tatas are starting to get a little tender, and I have been having some mild headaches. Starting yesterday morning I'm getting a little nausea. Yesterday wasn't too bad, but this morning has been a rough start so far.

QOTW: regular symptoms have lessened quite a bit, but now I've got just enough of a belly that there is no momentary forgetting I'm pregnant. I had my first round of Braxton Hicks 2 days ago and I am guessing I'll be feeling movement within the next week.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

This is my first checking on this board. My due date is 10/2.
I have not had many symptoms just sore bb ( gone now) and minimal nausea which I can manage if I eat on schedule. But this weekend I had heavy bright red bleeding. After an excellent u/s on Friday I went back today again. I think dr felt I was worrying too much. I can't help to think that if I was 24 and just found out surprise I was pregnant I might not be worrying as much. Infertility robs you fast. I really want to be happy and excited and not worried all the time. trying really hard to be positive.
Clomid 4cycles pregnancy ended in MC 6/12
IUI #1,2, 3 and 4 ALL BFN.
Moved on to IVF in Jan. 2013 Beta #1 288, Beta #2 529 Heartbeat on 2/8! Miscarriage at 15 weeks. 4 months to be complete. Every test known to science. No known reason for MC. FET Oct 2013 BFP on 11/2. Beta# 1 910. It's still unbelievable to me that I can post here! Every little step makes this feel even more real...now if I could just have my second ultrasound (which won't be for another 2 weeks) I could relax a little more...
I pretty much have all of the symptoms...I'm not as exhausted as I was at first though, now I'm having trouble sleeping...last night I dreamt that we found we were having triplets. Knowing that I'm pregnant with twins is worry enough! I do have nausea and lightheadedness everyday but it hasn't been bad enough to keep me from eating. I swear my stomach is always growling, I'm finding that it's a hard balance to eat enough without feeling overly full...looking at joining a prenatal yoga class to hopefully keep weight and stress under control. I wake up at least two times during the night to pee and constipation has been worse than I was expecting. My boobs have been pretty swollen and sore so I've started wearing a sports bra when I sleep. I'm ok with it all though, the symptoms give me some reassurance that my body is doing all it can to keep the 2 LOs healthy.

I have my second US on Wednesday, hoping to see the heartbeat this time. FX!
Symptomwise, I'm exhausted and queasy, but nothing too bad yet.
