K all of a sudden dd is soooooooo picky. ESP with dinner. She hates all veggies, rice, pasta sauce, seems like she will just eat fruits and bread. Wth am I supposed to give her. I want her to get proper nutrients. Why is she suddenly so fussy
I've notice DD being very picky too over the past couple of weeks. She will only eat fruit, starchy veggies, some bread, and dairy. I keep offering different veggies and meats but she won't have it. I'm just going to keep offering different things.
Mine has been the same way lately. She won't take anything from a spoon anymore and eats only breads/pasta. I try mix in veggies, but she's not too keen on them. She's also not interested in trying to feed herself from a spoon, so I'm at a loss as to what to give to her anymore.

My LO has gone through several phases of that. Some of the times, these tricks have helped. 1. He wants to sit with me to eat off of HIS plate. 2. He wants to sit with me/DH and eat off of OUR plate. 3. He wants the food off of my plate. So I put my food on my fork, and put the fork in front of him to pull the food off of. Now I can't even put salt on my food even AFTER cooking it. 4. He's thirsty and wants a drink before he'll start/continue eating.
The last one is his most common one now. He'll start throwing food around, finger paint with it or drop it off the edges until I give him his sippy of milk (dinner) or water (lunch). Once he's quenched his thirst, he'll resume eating. It's weird. He's weird.
