Mesh Feeders

in Babies: 6 - 9 Months

HAs anyone been using the mesh feeders with their LOs? I need some good ideas of what to put in them and does the food have to be frozen? I have some peaches in the fridge I think I'll try those first.

    we have only used it once or twice. we did banana and it was not frozen. I think they say frozen, since when it thaws the food is mushy since the ice crystals break down the cell walls, but i would think if the food is mushy enough to go through the mesh it would work (like peaches).

    My LO is teething and I just gave her one with with a frozen BM cube and she loved it and went crazy!
