This. We do 2 to 4 tablespoons a day. Usually it's oatmeal or barley for breakfast mixed with a pured fruit or I have done barley and avocado then sometimes I will do rice cereal at night with a veggie, usually I once a week.

I mix pears in with his oatmeal. He likes it that way. So I wouldn't think there would be a problem.
