Homemade purees

How long do you leave them in the fridge? The little baby cookbook I have says 3 days...anybody leave it longer?

    I wouldn't....especially if you mixed formula or milk in. You can freeze portions in ice cube tray and defrost as needed.

    I don't mix anything but a little water with our pures and I will only leave them in the fridge till the next day or two.

    I freeze everything in 2 and 4 oz containers (I use and love my OXO Tot baby food containers) and thaw as needed. I do leave them in the fridge for 3 days, but not longer.
