Saline is...

My new best friend. I have nasty winter allergies to molds and my throat is all scratchy and dry, lots of sneezing and nose blowing. I know Benadryl is safe to take, but I'm a weirdo and don't like to take meds while with child. Therefore it's saline up my nose multiple times a day!

    Hmmm interesting advice.... i'll have to try it... I know I use it on my LOs but never thought for me.

    I've used it every night before bed for about 5 years, and I use it like crazy when I have a cold.  Simply Saline is my brand of choice!
