allergic to diapers?

I think DD has developed an allergy to something that is in diapers/training pants. It seems strange that it would just now show up after 3+ years, but I read that allergies can develop over time? DD has had this rash on her genitals and bottom for over a month. We've been to the dr, tried several different creams (clomitrazole, steroid, antibiotic) and it just seems to get worse. We switched to free and clear detergent, sensitive body wash and it hasn't made a difference.

DD is mostly PT, but wears pullups to bed, and sometimes when we go out for extended periods of time. Ultimately I'd like to get her out of pullups completely to see if that helps. (FWIW we've tried huggies, pampers and up&up brands and nothing changed.) In the meantime is there a natural brand you have tried that is absorbent enough for overnights that you would recommend?

    Try Honest pull ups. They are made out of natural things and work great! We use them currently since DH and I kept fighting over her cloth ones.

    My 1.5 year old has developed an allergy.  We used to CD so I will be going back to that, in the meantime I make sure to do a really good layer of A&D.  the protective layer keeps her from breaking out in the awful horrible rash.  Poor thing. Maybe that can help you while you find a good pant to use at night.  GL!

    I wouldn't mind doing a CD at night time. I plan on CDing our next LO, so I will need to do some research, but if you guys have any specific recs I'd love to look at them.

    Flip makes training pants that she could pull up and down. If you want straight up CD's Kawaii are good and cheap.

    Same thing happened to my son. We cloth diaper at night now. I don't believe pullups have latex but the store brand we used had it and that's what he was reacting to.
