Inconsistent sleep with 18 month old twins

I have boygirl twin 18 month olds. They've always slept in the same room,separate cribs. They go to bed at 88:30 not always happy about it. Most of the time my daughter sleeps the whole night. Pretty much every night my son wakes up. I don't let them cry since they'll wake the other one up. Any suggestions? They take a morning nap for about 2hrs and afternoon nap for about 1hr. Thanks in advance!!

    I have no advice but wanted to say my 17 month old DS is the same way. He doesn't always STTN and is very inconsistent with his nighttime sleep. He wakes about 3 times a week if not more. 

    My only suggestion is he only takes 1 nap a day. From 12:30-3. Bedtime is 8pm and wake up is about 8am. Maybe your DS would benefit from one nap a day? Your DD sounds like she's doing fine with 2 naps a day.
