That sounds delish! I totes snack off of DD's tray. I made her apricots last week, and they were so good! I wished that I had made extra so I could have a bowl, too. Lol

Recipe??! I have been really into trying to make DS's food instead of buying the packaged purees and such.. plus I like to make em' a little chunkier since he's a good chewer!! But, I suck with recipes I tried making sweet potatoe fries last week.. burned half of em' and ended up puree'ing the rest because I was afraid the skin was too firm.. tried making black bean patties.. totally forgot to rinse the beans (oops!), and then they just melted as I tried sauteeing them in the pan (not to mention burned my arm in lik 8 spots!!) and the only successful thing was the squash mash LOL! So yea, recipe please!!
Sure thing on the recipe, ladies! It was 1/2 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana, 1/4 of a fresh pineapple, and 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt. I just put everything in the food processor and let it go crazy, but this is one that you could probably even do in a blender.
It came from this book, and I'd actually recommend it. It's got lots of tasty recipes:
