gifts for hosts

So my group of friends have been throwing baby showers for each other.  I am the last one among us to get pregnant and so it's my turn :)  anyway, I am looking for suggestions for gifts for the hosts.  There are 4 of them, so I cant really get anything too expensive.  So far, with the other showers, the gifts were ; one did nail polish and matching files and little remover kit, another girl got personalized notepads for each of us, another was pretty scented soaps, and the last one was candles.  Any suggestions??  thanks in advance!

    I hosted a bridal shower with 2 other ladies last spring and the GOH got us these really sweet compacts with nice sayings on them.  I keep it in my purse.

    Other ideas:

    Gift cert for a manicure

    pretty costume jewelry

    Nice bottle of wine

    dressy printed scarves

    cute makeup bag

    I like gifts that are temporary: wine and chocolate for example (not a bar, but individually wrapped chocolate or some chocolate truffles). Most people like it and when it's done it's gone. Since all hostesses have kids, I can imagine that they don't have loads of time to do girly stuff (nail polish etc.) by themselves and have cupboards full of things they hardly use/hardly have time to use. Just my two cents.

    ETA: I do love the suggestions of printed scarves and make up bags!

    I would think about maybe a bottle of wine (Trader Joes has some great bottles that won't break the bank), box of chocolates or fancy cupcakes, or maybe something for Easter since it's coming up (napkins, dish towels, serving dish, etc.)

    I would say a nice bottle of wine. But, I am also craving wine really, really bad lately so it sounds like heaven right now.

    (Yes, I know I could have a taste  but I am worried I'll still want more!)

    I agree with previous suggestions of a bottle of wine for the hostess gift.

    My shower is tomorrow, I got my stepmother a candle and scarf, my BFF who did everything except hie choose and pay for the venue is getting a purse and my two other friends that are helping are getting Burt's Bees kits and nail polish.
