Has anyone ordered from Carters online?

I bought my daughter a couple things online from Carters on Monday. I got a confirmation email right after, and a couple of days later I got an email saying my order had been shipped.

My credit card still has not been charged. If anyone has experience ordering from Carters, can you tell me about how long it took them to charge your card?

There are no holds or anything. It's basically as if the otder doesnt even exist.

Anyone else have the same experience?

    hm, interesting.  i've ordered from carters a lot but never had that happen.  i would call customer services.

    I placed an order on the 19th still haven't received a shipping confirmation! I was thinking about calling today to see what the hold up. Weird that you are having the same issue. I've ordered from them a couple times before with no problem.

    Update, I just called customer service which took all of two minutes surprisingly. They verified that my package will be here by tomorrow. Not sure why an email was never sent with any tracking info.
