Pinching on the left side of uterus...

I'm 20 weeks and 5 days... I've had a pinching sensation on and off all day on the left side of my uterus, it is different from the "round ligament pain"... I also haven't felt the baby move much today... She had a very active day yesterday and I'm hoping she is just pooped from all her acrobatics from yesterday... But the pinching has me concerned... When I thought to call the drs office they were already closed... Hoping this is just from growing... Not something more...

    I wouldn't be concerned. Can still be round ligament pain or just some tension there. I think it's also early for consistent baby movements at 20w.

    All of this. I have weird pinching/pains/twinges like this sometimes too and I'm 20w3d
