Mini feeds??

My little guy(3 weeks) seems to feed for 10-20 on one side and be done. He also likes to have what I call " mini feeds" where he will eat for 5-8 mins and be done... Anyone else experience this? 

Not concerned about it cuz he has gained close to 12 oz in 2 weeks, just wondering if anyone else experiences this with their little ones?

    My daughter always nursed for 35-45 minutes for the first two months.  As long as he's gaining weight then I wouldn't worry about it.
