Hi Ladies! I read on here that oatmeal helps with breastmilk production. I think I remember someone saying steel cut was best. I accidentally bought the rolled oats so know I've got to eat it. Do you know if there's much difference between rolled and/or steel cut as far as helping bm production???

Is this true for the quick cooking 5 min oats too or just the instant oatmeal (the kind in individual packets)? Sorry - lame question, I know.
I have been too! I don't have time to make regular. Ugh.
I eat Cheerios! I think it still helps too. Probably not as much as oatmeal, but for me it does make a difference.
Try making a big batch on Sunday (or whenever you have time) and then just microwaving the leftovers during the week.
Also look up recipes for Baked Oatmeal. So yummy and easy to warm up in the mornings.
