Formula checks and coupons?

Hey there so I'm new to this whole formula feeding thing and I keep reading about the Similac and enfamil checks and coupons and just wondering how I sign up for them or get them Thanks!

    Check out their websites and sign up for the mailings and stuff...also check out the SWAP spot on here to swap stuff for them!

    Hi - I signed up for both emfamil and similac on their websites.  Similac i do receive, enfamil I have yet to receive anything in the mail.  I did contact them and they sen't one check a while back but nothing since then....I don't know if its just me but they don't come too often.
