Today I went in for a NST and baby A was sleeping, so they used the buzzer to wake him up. He stayed awake for a short time but then went back to sleep. Therefore, they ordered a BPP and he scored a 6 out of 8 because he wouldn't practice breathing. They have ordered I come back tomorrow for another NST and BPP. I am starting to get a little concerned because I have BPP's twice weekly and each time he doesn't practice breathing near as well as baby B does. I feel like baby B is thriving better than baby A- she practices her breathing frequently, she has hiccups like crazy, moves around a lot, and at last appt at 31 weeks she was 4lbs 10oz and he was 4 lbs 1oz. Baby B doesn't move near as much and rarely has the hiccups.

What does NST and BPP mean? I checked the bump glossary and couldn't find it there. Sorry for being a pain!
