Should I call my RE?

I've been spotting today and yesterday and a couple hours ago, I threw up. I already took an HPT this morning and it was negative so I'm not asking if I'm pregnant. It's not the first time I've been nauseous and/or vomited before AF. I get severe cramps sometimes as well. Should I be concerned or just accept that this is the way AF is for me?

    I get a little nauseous sometimes when I'm taking oral progesterone in the 2ww.  I would just address your concerns with your RE next time you see them, or send an email if you have that (I love that once I was able to address a concern with my RE by email.  It took a day and a half to get and answer but still....very nice way to speak directly to him.)   It *might* be just how you are, or it might be something they want to look into.
