coming down with a cold, suggestions?

My 7 week old is sounding horse when she cries and is stuffy, no runny nose.  Any suggestions or experience with this, she isn't running a fever.  TIA!

    Just help her if she gets congested that's all you can do.

    My 10 week old is just getting over his cold - stuffy with a cough. We ran the humidifier in our room, suctioned his nose a couple times a day, and sat in the bathroom with the hot shower running to help loosen things up. You really just have to wait it out. A friend also told me about the saline mist/drops by "Little Noses". I didn't get around to buying some but would have if it got bad enough.

    We have been doing saline drops, nasal aspirator, hot steam from showers and elevate sleeping for a week orzo now. He seems to be getting better. Tomorrow is his 2 month wellness check and his shots. Booooo.....
