Getting Off Birth Control

Hi, I just stopped birth control after my last pack in January, and the time is up for my period to come on the 1st of March. For the past few days I have had very light cramping and today I have a light brown/pink discharge. Is this because I stopped my birth control and AF just came early or could this be something else?

I was only on the pill for 3 months, but I guess either way, it can mess with your cycle huh?

I came off BCP in November after being on it for 9 years. My first month I was a week later than usual. Since then I've had a 30 & 28 day cycle. Regardless of how long you're on BCP, your body could take a few months to adjust once you go off it.

Yep, what they said. I spot every month before AF.

AF came after 23 days during my first cycle off....and each cycle took longer after that.
