checking cervix ?

I started charting my temp and CM this month and plan to add my cervix position next month. Since I've never checked my cervix today (and, you know, I'm bored) I thought I'd give it a try. Now I have cramping. Is this normal or did I do something wrong? I don't think I pushed too hard or anything, but I don't really know what I'm doing.

    I can't do it.. just the thought skeeves me out for some reason. I also accidentally got a glimpse of a photo of a "beautiful cervix" on google and about died. I can't handle all of that.

    I check my cervix and sometimes I do get cramping afterwards. It's like when you get a pap test done, it's normal to have cramping after the exam.

    I love checking my cervix, I actually stopped temping because from checking my cervix and cervical mucus I can narrow done O to a day or two. :)
