I just booked our babiesmoon from the cold of CT to the warmth of Puerto Rico. We go March 16 just for 4 days. I can't tell you how excited I am to have some time to relax (not work full time!!!) and sit on the warm sandy beaches. This will most likely be my last trip before the beans come, so I plan to fully enjoy!
Anyone else plan a babiesmoon?
Re: Babiesmoon!
The flight is 4 hours, so I'm planning on bringing my small pillow to prop up my back if need be. You're smart to get an isle seat so you can wander up and down the isles and get some blood flow. I think that's what is most important. Oh and definitely being by the bathroom! I still go every hour it seems so a long flight could prove to be torture if you can't get up and go! Enjoy your time in Hawaii! It's one of my favorite places!

We went to the beach for a long weekend over thanksgiving. It was the off season so it wasn't crowded and not terribly cold yet. It was nice
Lost our first little peanut on 1/17/2012 at 9 weeks and 5 days. We miss you little blessing, but we know you were too perfect for this world.

Ha - I hadn't thought to call it a babiesmoon, but I love it!
We are leaving Tuesday for Isla Mujeres, Mexico - our first relaxing trip. We love traveling and always do adventure/heavy sightseeing trips, so this will be new for us. Hope we don't get bored!I love Isla Mujeres! It is just so chill and relaxed there.
We may do a weekend trip to Laguna or something but nothing big. We were actually just in Anguilla for 2 weeks in December right before I found out I was pregnant, so that was my big babymoon:) With my last baby, we left for Greece for 2 weeks, 4 days after I found out I was pregnant. So I guess planning a big vacation ensures I will be pregnant for it, haha.
