I think most "taboo" foods have to be eaten in high concentrations before any harm can come to baby. I found an article that might help, but honestly, I'd just eat whatever I wanted. Maybe double check that the yoghurt is pasteurized.
Having read that article, I don't think you'll have any issues at an Indian restaurant. None of those things are used in high enough concentrations to cause any issues, and to be honest, I don't think I've ever gotten a dish with those things in it (or at least it wasn't noticeable). I absolutely love Indian food and intend on going to my favorite Indian restaurant soon.
I also highly doubt the yogurt would be unpasteurized if you are going to a restaurant. That just poses too many dangers for regular people, not to mention pregnant people. Plus, the yogurt is usually cooked into the dish, unless you get one of the lassi yogurt drinks (which I HIGHLY recommend - so yummy!).

Also- a lot of grocery stores are carrying kits/boxes to make your own indian food at home these days! I've tried the chicken tikka masala before and it's SO delicious!

Thank you very much! I'm actually going to the restaurant with an Indian friend, so I'm sure she can help me with what is in each dish. But she's never been pregnant so I don't know if she's really aware of what shouldn't be consumed.
