I've been lurking for a while, but this is my first post.
I work night shift. This is my first cycle charting (as well as my first cycle off BCP, so it'll probably be wonky anyway). I have what FF calls a "Rocky Mountain pattern" where my temps kinda jump up and down because I temp at different times of day since I sleep at different times of day. But, since they jump up and down within a certain range of low temps, it looks like it's still going to be accurate (haven't O'd yet).
I rotate shifts. My standard temping time is at 7am. I would try to get atleast 3 hours of solid sleep before temping (which usually had me setting my alarm at 3pm). I would mark the time and I had always seen a clear shift when I was temping.
